Dongguan City YaZhi Printing Co., Ltd.,before named Ming Yi Prinitng Factory (Qing Xi, Dongguan) was established in 1999 which is a sole proprietorship enterprise specializing in manufacturing printed plastic products industry, located in an well-accessible international electronic industrial and environmental protected area in Dongguan city, Qing Xi town, Li Heng management district, China, covers an area of over 8,000 square meters, with level of 100,000 dust-free workshop and four pests free factory environment. Our boarding rooms are also facilitated with air conditioners and provide entertainment areas for employees. to have better working and relax living environment.We have well-equipped facilities for professional printing productions, including our new imported Heidelberg SpeedMaster CD74-F with 5 plus 1 colours UV sheetfed offset machine specially printing for different kinds of plastic sheets with different thickness, especially printed plastic sheets for IMD process on most electronic products; besides Komori Lithrone 1020 with 2 colours sheetfed offset machine, Japan Ryobi offset printing machine together with 320-7 colours and 320-6 colours rotary printing machines for some kinds special printing purposes. As the gradual increase of complicated printing requirements, our company will further enforce our production qualities and techniques on high end plastic sheets products applied on electronic consumer products including mobiles, medical used products which have to be accurately moulded. Therefore, we have fully automatic 520 and 320 high speed moulding machines to help us finish this end process with high stability. With the exception of these complicated facilities, we have another common used Labelmen Taiwan Luo Tie 270, Taiwan Wan Hong 280, 270 and 210, automatic silk screen printers and PS plate image setter and imported high-speed cutters meet the highest demands regarding quality, efficiency and durability. Professional high end plastic sheetfed UV colour printings are mainly our corporate development direction, plastic materials such as PET, PVC and PP sheet printings.
